David has long been an advocate for ameliorating recruiting practices, the development of new technologies in support of internationalization, the creation of innovative systems to support International Enrollment Management, and deeper and more creative approaches to overall international student migration
David serves on the Board of Directors of the American International Recruitment Council (AIRC). Under his leadership, the organization develops International Enrollment Management (IEM) Standards for U.S. Institutions.

William brings over 19 years of experience in the international education, immigration, and investment sectors. Combined with his EdTech experience, he has run global teams of people, plus generated substantial company profit with year-on-year sales and revenue growth.
Additionally, he has a strong background in analyzing historical and forecasting data. William holds a Master of Science, International Business with Law.
